Austin was great. Rated only 4 stars because I can never get in via phone to set up appointment and my messages never get responded to. Also car was washed poorly—bad streaks and had to rewash immediately after.
Dealership is OK, they need to stand behind their product. Bmw has cheapened the vehicles they sell and don't replace parts that are faulty

They tried to sell me more services than I needed. I was prepared for that this time and I declined. The last time I was there they refused to release my vehicle until I bought new tires. The bill was $3,200.00. This time they were polite and efficient after I declined the extra services. You just need to be prepared when you go in there.

It is good. However, not consistent. One time I was offered loaner, next time not. I had a hard time understanding I couldn’t get grease removed from my back bumper without paying and the next time a car wash with the grease removed. The car was delivered to me with the grease leaking from the hatchback hinge area.

I called in about my BMW X1 having an unrepairable flat tire and received an immediate response from Christian to my problem. She made my appointment for the same day and I still had time to make to work on time. I was received very well upon arrival, plus the maintenance person began work on my replacement tire immediately and washed the vehicle in minimal time. I was very pleased with my whole experience.

This is the second time I purchases a vehicle online, but the first time to have it delivered from out of state.
