Ashley has made service and support a pleasant experience and seamless process. She truly cares about her customers and represents BMW/MINI of Wichita well. The service team took great care of my MINI, and wrapped up scheduled service and additional items that were needed fast, and had me back on the road quickly. We choose to have our vehicles serviced here when we are in town for business even though there are other closer BMW/MINI dealerships because of the care and attention of Ashley and the service team at MINI of Wichita.
We purchased our previous BMW 540i from Jesus 7 years ago and it was a very pleasant experience. We were so glad to see that he was still there and he even reached out to the Mercedes side to find us exactly what we were looking for. Another great experience with Jesus! He definitely went the extra mile to take care of us.

Great, prompt service of my BMW. I truly appreciated the video received of the undercarriage and tire wear along with the narrated current condition. My service manager (Christian) was very informative and his customer service outstanding in answering all of my questions and letting me know a few minutes ahead of when the car would be done.
The routine service was performed quickly and at no charge. They also checked and adjusted my alignment.
BMW Wichita got my car in timely and very friendly and very professional.

We made an appointment to look at a car Monday morning at 9am. Jesus made us wait over 30 min before he came to get us. He just said... let's go look at the car. Not, Im so sorry I'm late. He did not even introduce himself. I understand we wee buying one of the cheapest cars on you lot, but we sure won't be back for another one. Very poor customer service. We drove 5 hrs to look at this car.

Incompetent, Unresponsive, and the Worst BMW Experience I've Ever Had.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have previously purchased and leased two BMW 750s, so I know exactly what outstanding BMW customer service is supposed to look like. The team at this Wichita dealership is an absolute disgrace to the brand.

Christian Answered all of my questions, was upfront about cost and what would and would not be covered under warranty. Was not pushy or trying to up sell but let me know everything that needed to be done, if not that day, at least in the near future. I was honestly not thrilled to have to go to a dealership for the recall bc I figured I would get bombarded with the stereotypical car salesman full court press to do more diagnostics or even buy a new car. I’ve been diagnosed with agoraphobia so past experience at car dealerships have been some of the worst I’ve experienced. You would think that getting service at a dealership that is 120 miles from home would be a hassle to have your BMW serviced and inspected??? They offered a loaner so we could enjoy Wichita for the day and go shopping and eating out while the car was getting the attention it needed. They texted a live inspection and explained what needed immediate service and items we might need to do in the near future. We could authorize the repairs without having to sit in the dealership. They take great care of their customers! 100!

I received quick and helpful information when my BMW became undeliverable and needed a tow. Austin answered quickly and gave me the number to call to get in touch with roadside assistance. He assured me that everything would be handled correctly when my car was towed in. Austin was also very receptive and helpful when I informed him that I needed a loaner vehicle. Quick response time and a great attitude! I feel so well cared for.

Bought a used Bronco from this dealership. Eric was fantastic in answering all of our questions. We were in MN at the time and he was able to send us videos and pictures. He made the process super easy. Probably the best interaction we have ever had with a car dealership and we are extremely happy with the car.
