We explained what we were looking for and he found our perfect vehicle. He took the time to explain each and every feature of the vehicle, and when the time came, he set up the profiles in iDrive. Waited about an hour for the oil change and feel good about taking the car on a trip since inspection showed everything was good!

The experience was fine, but my actual rep never answered my calls or responded to my texts. I had to call the main desk and have somebody else lookup details about the repair.

I should have got a PPI. Car not in best condition for price paid. First salesmen was rude. I eventually worked with one that was real good. The new wheel they replaced was wrong color. Some services were not done. I’ve spent a lot of extra money trying to get the car services up to date. And some other things about my loan that fell through i don’t wish to talk about.

I drove from Kansas City to Wichita to do business with Walser because a good friend sent me this text, “Walzer always conditions their vehicles really well so that vehicle looks new and probably smells new, they do a really good job. Ashley is great. Prices are high but expected. My car still isn't running correctly but afraid to take it back because it may be returned in worse condition.

Purchased a 2022 BMW X3 xDrive 30i. Steve the sales person was great as well as all the other staff. Steve took time to help me set up my phone app before I left. They also donate $25 of your purchase to a couple organizations. I choose mine to go to MADD.

The service was good and very helpful. However the cost to replace the battery was very expensive.

My oil change appointment was on the schedule for a week or two, and yet they had to order the oil for my car from O'Reilly's? They should have already had my oil in stock and been ready for the appointment instead of making me wait an extra 20 minutes.

To be honest, Manny was not even on our radar when we showed up to the dealership. Due to the helpful staff, we ended up buying a mini and we are completely thrilled that we did. The sales team and financial team were very helpful and truly the mini is a perfect fit for the family that everyone is enjoying. Took my BMW in for a recall. Got it back and runs rough when at idle. They suggested to change the valve cover. I declined it. It ran perfect when I took it in. Not sure what went wrong.

Got me in & out over my lunch hour, while keeping my informed of the progress.

Polite . She Provided me with a wonderful loaner 2025 MINI C. The repair took too long. 104 days but seems to be holding and other systems on the car are performing. A broken hood latch was annoying but I can live with my fix.

Felt like a Wal-mart auto center vs a high end auto service center. I have been there twice now and never a loaner available. I discussed about a tear in the rear arm rest leather and they said not their fault. No one has sat back there to get a tear. I mentioned about gas fill cover coming off and they said not their fault. The BMW is only 1 yr old and I bought an extended warranty.

I have always received excellent service at BMW MINI of Wichita. I purchased my vehicle there and I always return there to get my vehicle serviced. They always get me scheduled quickly. Once I arrive, they greet me immediately and make sure I know exactly what is going on with my vehicle at all times.
