Austin Landers (service dept) and Michelle Anderson (sales) are awesome. I had issues with my mini. Austin went above and beyond helping me with decisions on how to handle what needed to be done. Long story short ended up with him sending me to sales where Michelle also went above and beyond to get me in a new 2021Mini Cooper S. I can't say enough on how Walser puts the customer first.
